- Meet Your Neighbor: Since moving to St. Theresa Blvd just weeks before welcoming their first daughter, Nora, Sean and Laura Ganley have built a lively home filled with love, laughter, and a lot of activity. Now with three girls—Nora (6), Emma (4), and Hannah (1)—plus two oversized goldfish, life is full in the best way possible. Between careers, community involvement, and family traditions, the Ganleys cherish every moment with their Red Tail neighbors and the close-knit friendships they’ve made along the way.
2. Red Tail Vacation: The summer of 2024 was one for the books as Wes, Ellen, and their son, Weldon, embarked on their first-ever 12-day Mediterranean cruise. Their journey took them through Greece and Italy—exploring the Acropolis, sampling authentic Greek cuisine, and soaking in breathtaking island views. Now back home in Red Tail, the Immlers cherish both their memories abroad and the everyday joys of life on the golf course in their beautiful community.
3. Athlete of the Month: At just 14 years old, Cole Veverka has spent the past decade building an impressive soccer résumé that spans from Ohio to Spain. A dedicated defender for both Avon High School and Team Challenger FC, Cole has competed in elite tournaments such as the MIC in Spain, the Olympic Development Program, and the National League Pro. With a passion for teamwork, perseverance, and competition, Cole continues to chase his goals—on the field and beyond.
4. Making a Difference: For years, Lori Sammon has been a guiding light at the Ed Keating Center, a nonprofit providing sober living services to individuals overcoming addiction. Now serving as Assistant Director and Advisory Board member, Lori volunteers around 10 hours each week—offering support, organizing fundraisers, and ensuring residents feel seen and cared for. Her work is deeply personal, inspired by her son’s own recovery journey through the center. Known for her kindness both within Red Tail and beyond, Lori is a true example of how one person’s compassion can transform lives.
5. Home Matters: For nearly five years, Andrea Kennedy has poured her love of decorating into every space of her Red Tail home — even transforming an unfinished room into a one-of-a-kind cigar lounge. Inspired by her mother’s flair for making spaces beautiful, Andrea now shares her own talent through Andrea Kennedy Designs, offering holiday and event decorating services to local clients. With her signature mix of creativity and heart, Andrea believes the best homes are the ones that reflect who you are and bring joy to everyone inside.
6-17. Red Tail Events: Red Tail Golf Club wrapped up a phenomenal 2024 men’s season filled with competition, camaraderie, and championship moments. Paul Gardner earned the coveted Player of the Year title, adding to his long list of club achievements.
