Three-year-old Ruby Quinn may be small in size, but she has an enormous presence in the Quinn household. The female Boston Terrier belongs to Tim and Alieshia Quinn and their sons, Timmy and Ryan, and has quickly become the heart of the family.

Alieshia flew to Nashville to pick up Ruby after the family decided once again that they couldn’t resist the Boston Terrier breed. “They’re smart, loyal, and love to sleep under the blankets,” she shared. Ruby’s name came from Timmy, who simply thought it was the perfect name for a girl dog.

From the beginning, Ruby proved herself to be an exceptional companion. She is incredibly obedient and never leaves the yard, happily spending her days playing fetch, chasing frisbees, and keeping up with the family’s two cats, whom she loves to wrestle and play with.

But Ruby’s favorite place is wherever Alieshia happens to be. The family lovingly calls her the “Velcro Dog” because she rarely leaves her mom’s side. Whether it’s going to work, traveling across four different states, or tagging along for errands, Ruby is always nearby. She has even joined Alieshia for nail appointments, hair visits, and lash appointments.

Alieshia describes Ruby as her “soul dog,” explaining that her calm and loving demeanor brings peace and happiness to the entire family. While Ruby adores everyone in the household, her loyalty to Alieshia is undeniable.

Ruby has even stepped into the business world as the face of Alieshia’s real estate brand, Ruby Sue Real Estate. Together, the pair can often be found creating social media content, filming videos, or heading out on neighborhood door-hanging adventures.

For the Quinn family, Ruby is far more than a pet. She is a loyal companion, a source of joy, and a daily reminder of the love and abundance animals bring into our lives.
