This month, we’re excited to introduce one of the neighborhood’s youngest residents—sweet baby Lucy Janis!

Proud parents Christie and Tom Janis welcomed Lucy into the world on May 11, 2025—a Mother’s Day gift they’ll never forget. Now at just four months old, Lucy has already brought so much joy to her family.

Lucy’s big sister, Gloriana (14), has happily stepped into her new role, helping out and sharing in all of the baby giggles and milestones.

Lucy is a bundle of smiles and curiosity. While her meals are still limited to formula for now, she’s thriving and growing quickly. Her favorite toys include a puppy crinkle toy and her birdie mobile, which capture her attention and keep her entertained.

When she’s not busy playing, Lucy enjoys some of life’s simple pleasures: nibbling on her hands she just recently found, splashing during bath time, going on walks with the family dog, Remi, and listening to her dad's silly dinnertime karaoke songs.

The Janis family is cherishing these precious early months with Lucy and looks forward to all the adventures ahead. Be sure to say hello if you see them out strolling with Remi and their newest little Red Tail neighbor!
