Publisher's Note
Dear Red Tail Neighbors,
September has arrived, bringing with it the unmistakable shift from summer’s easy pace to the more structured rhythm of early fall. The sound of school buses in the morning and backpacks slung over little shoulders reminds us that our Red Tail kids are back in class, embarking on new academic adventures. Whether it’s the excitement of kindergarten or the nerves of high school, we wish them all a year filled with curiosity and confidence.
While the season is changing, our neighborhood spirit remains as vibrant as ever. The morning air might be cooler, and the sunsets are arriving a little earlier, but that hasn’t slowed anyone down. Golfers are still teeing off in the golden light, pickleball courts are buzzing with laughter and friendly competition, and tennis rackets are swinging with purpose. And of course, the sidewalks continue to be filled with neighbors walking, talking, and enjoying our beautiful surroundings.
September is that sweet spot—a time of transition and new beginnings. It’s a chance to savor the last warm days while welcoming the crisp, colorful beauty that lies ahead. As always, this month’s issue is full of stories that celebrate the people, events, and moments that make Red Tail feel like home.
Wishing you a joyful and peaceful start to fall.
Warmly,
Kasey Kellem
