We have been a dog family for years, but our sweet Sofie passed away a year ago. As the school year started, we decided we were ready to get a new puppy and found Jolene to be our perfect new family member. 

 

We are Texan through and through and we wanted our pup to know her family’s Southern roots! And, Cowboys Carter was on repeat, so Jolene seemed like a perfect fit. 

 

She is incredibly sweet and patient with the kids, and she tries to be a guard dog even though everyone who comes to the door laughs when she barks. 

 

Has your pet met other furry friends in the neighborhood? 

She knows Molly and Georgie, but she’s still shy when meeting new pups! 

 

Jolene might not have the best vision… she runs into walls when playing with toys and is always surprised when it happens! 

 

We have always had big dogs and getting a mini pup was a concession for Josh…but Jolene has Josh wrapped around her little paw! She’s quite spoiled by all—but by Josh the most!
