There’s something special about summer evenings in River Ranch—but add in delicious food, local businesses, and the warmth of friendly faces, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for a truly memorable night.

That’s exactly what unfolded at our most recent Neighborhood Night Out, graciously hosted by Donald and Cindy Marks in their beautiful home. From the warm, welcoming space with stunning backyard views to the conversations echoing through each room, the evening captured what this neighborhood does best—bringing people together.

We owe special thanks to Melissa Gaubert, the Marks’ REALTOR® and a preferred partner of Stroll River Ranch, who went above and beyond to help plan the evening. From coordinating details to hiring talented event photographer Christopher Douglas, Melissa’s behind-the-scenes efforts made everything seamless.

Of course, no gathering is complete without great food—and this one did not disappoint. Chad and Maria Phares of The Branch Ranch served up delicious ranch-to-table small bites, while Nilay Patel of Next Era Eats added creative flair with custom charcuterie boards. Let’s just say our taste buds were just as happy as our hearts.

Throughout the evening, several of our other trusted Stroll business partners joined us to mingle and enjoy the festivities.
