Raj’s Cilantro & Mint Chutney

Bright, fresh, and full of flavor, this cilantro and mint chutney adds a vibrant kick to almost any dish. With a hint of heat from Serrano pepper and a smooth richness from cashews, it’s the perfect balance of creamy and refreshing.

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch cilantro, washed and chopped (leaves and stems)
  • 1 sprig fresh mint leaves (stems removed)
  • 1 Serrano green chili pepper
  • ⅓ cup cashews
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 ice cube
  • Lime juice, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions
  1. Prepare Ingredients
    Wash and roughly chop the cilantro. Remove mint leaves from stems.
  2. Blend
    Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Serve & Store
    Use as a dipping sauce or spread. Refrigerate after use.
