Green Glow Smoothie Bowl
Start your year with a nourishing, energizing breakfast that sets the tone for your day - full of greens, healthy fats, and natural sweetness. Here’s to a year of purpose, positivity, and feeling your absolute best - one SMART goal (and one smoothie bowl) at a time!
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango
- 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut water)
- ½ avocado or 1 Tbsp nut butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- Toppings: sliced fruit, chia seeds, granola, shredded coconut
Directions:
- Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick — add a splash more liquid if needed.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favorites.
