Green Glow Smoothie Bowl

Start your year with a nourishing, energizing breakfast that sets the tone for your day - full of greens, healthy fats, and natural sweetness. Here’s to a year of purpose, positivity, and feeling your absolute best - one SMART goal (and one smoothie bowl) at a time!

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut water)
  • ½ avocado or 1 Tbsp nut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Toppings: sliced fruit, chia seeds, granola, shredded coconut


Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick — add a splash more liquid if needed.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorites.
