Meet the Hardwick Family

Where "Daddyventures", big family traditions, and everyday joy feel right at home.

If you’ve ever spotted a family biking to the pool, hosting a movie night from their backyard, or cheering loudly on the sidelines, chances are you’ve crossed paths with the Hardwicks. Jason and Ashley, along with their three kids - Lily Grace, Wyatt, and little Briggs - have called the neighborhood home since 2019. What brought them here originally was the Navy… what made them stay was everything else.
Jason grew up in Atlanta and Ashley in Miami, but their family story truly began when Jason was completing a medical school rotation at Ashley’s father’s office. Ashley was working in medical billing at the time - and let’s just say Jason made sure he got extra time to impress her. He signed up to rotate twice, just to convince her to go on a date. It worked.
Today, Jason is an ER physician and soon-to-be micro-hospital owner in Jacksonville. Ashley is a full-time mom who keeps the family ship steady and also offers mobile spray tans through Primp St. Johns. Between Jason’s knack for building and fixing anything and planning their famous “Daddyventures,” and Ashley’s calm, capable coordination of all things chaotic, they make quite the team.
Their children bring their own spark into the mix. Lily Grace is busy cheering, Wyatt is giving his all on the flag football field, and Briggs - true to youngest-child form - is happily along for every adventure, especially if there’s a concession stand involved.
For the Hardwicks, home means community. They love the nostalgic, small-town feel of kids knocking on doors to play “like the 90s,” impromptu backyard hangouts, and neighbors who feel like extended family. Some of their fondest memories include poolside gatherings, boating days through Freedom Boat Club, exploring local restaurants, fishing trips, and Top Tracer golf outings. They’re regular supporters of the neighborhood markets and always look for ways to uplift the local small-business community.
Holidays with the Hardwicks resemble scenes straight out of My Big Fat Greek Wedding—forty family members gathered around giant Lebanese and Italian meals, laughter spilling into every room, and traditions passed down through generations.
When the family does venture beyond home, you’ll often find them boating, exploring the Keys, heading to the mountains, or unwinding in Rosemary Beach. And when they stay local? A cozy movie projected from the pool on a warm night is hard to beat.
For the Hardwicks, this neighborhood isn’t just a place to live. It’s a place where community, tradition, adventure, and heart all meet - exactly where they feel meant to be.
