Chris and I recently attended a Brilliant Corners property partners appreciation event at Karl Strauss Brewing Company in Downtown Los Angeles. Sponsored by the Hilton Foundation, the evening offered great craft beer, delicious food, and a chance to connect with the Brilliant Corners management team, along with other local landlords and property managers.

We’ve been proud to partner with Brilliant Corners for many years as providers of rental properties throughout Los Angeles County. They provide dedicated property owner liaisons, offer financial incentives, and streamline both the leasing and inspection processes. Brilliant Corners is a nonprofit organization committed to providing permanent housing for people experiencing homelessness. They serve as the operational partner for LA County’s Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool, a unique initiative that blends funding from both public and private sources, including the Department of Health Services and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Thanks to this public-private partnership, Brilliant Corners has helped thousands of people secure supportive housing in Los Angeles and across California.
