The annual Caballeros Pancake Breakfast was held on Sunday, May 18 at the Caballeros Arena.  Rolling Hills residents both old and new enjoyed getting together to visit and enjoy delicious pancakes, bacon and fresh fruit provided by Marie Callendars in San Pedro, as well as homemade granola and pomegranate syrup courtesy of Rolling Hills resident Helen Frykman. The weather was perfect and the event was relaxed and enjoyed by all.  Special thanks to Annie Occipinti, Jeff Pieper and Patrick Wilson for dishing up the pancakes and bacon to the hungry crowd.  

Thanks as well to the Caballeros board members and volunteers who attended and helped make the event a success:  President Greg Willis (along with his trusty Boy Scout sons and friend!)   Treasurer Phil Norman, Board Members Rob Hammond, Nancy Hoffman and Jana Cooley, and Caballeros members Pam Crane, Sally Swart and Judith Haenel. Special thanks also to Sue and Dave Breiholz’s grandson, David Felty and his fiancé Melody Savell for helping set up and working behind the scenes in the kitchen area.
