City Manager
Karina Bañales, appointed Rolling Hills City Manager in November 2024, brings extensive experience in public administration and human resources. With a background in city management, she’s focused on building strong community relationships and addressing local challenges. Karina is committed to improving Rolling Hills’ quality of life while balancing public safety, budgeting, and emergency preparedness efforts. Outside work, she enjoys family, singing, coaching soccer, and traveling.
Women’s Club
The Women’s Community Club of Rolling Hills (WCCRH) held its 2024 Installation Lunch at Rolling Hills Country Club on January 11. President Karen Willis highlighted the club's successful 2023 year, including major community events and projects. New 2024 officers were installed, with Melissa McNabb as president, ready to lead future community improvements and events.
Caballeros Club
40 members attended brunch at the Red Onion where the 2024 Executive Board and Directors were installed. The new board includes President Rob Hammond and Vice President Greg Willis. Leslie Stetson was named Caballero of the Year for her dedication. The club’s 2024 focus will be maintaining trails and engaging the community through events and meetings.
