Meet your Neighbors
Kelly Cook, Co-President of the Peninsula Education Foundation (PEF), plays a key role in organizing the annual Toast on the Coast food and wine festival, PEF’s largest fundraiser. This event supports the education of over 10,000 students in the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District. Kelly, along with her husband Richard and daughters Leina and Anara, is deeply involved in the community. The Cook family’s dedication has made a lasting impact on local education and community spirit.

Cowboy Days
The PV Peninsula has a rich equestrian history, beginning with Frank Vanderlip Sr.'s vision in the early 1900s. The Empty Saddle Club, founded in 1935, and Caballeros del Rancho Palos Verdes, established in 1951, maintain 26 miles of trails and arenas. Both clubs host community events, with Cowboy Days at Empty Saddle Club celebrating western heritage in September.

Courts Club
The Rolling Hills Courts Club celebrated July 4th with a fun-filled pickleball event, where residents of all skill levels played together. Highlights included a playful kissing contest featuring couples Shari & Ralph and Melissa & Dustin. The next event is October 19th, 2024, with tennis, pickleball, food, and mixers.
