 We’ve lived in this neighborhood for more than 20 years now, and I can honestly say that waking up every morning to the incredible view is one of my favorite things. From the Queen’s Necklace to the LA Basin, the mountains, and Long Beach Harbor, it’s a view that never gets old. It’s a constant reminder of how lucky we are to call this place home.

A Family Home Built on a Legacy
 My family and I have lived in Southern California our whole lives. We raised our kids in the South Bay and spent 40 years in Rolling Hills Estates before finally building our dream home here in Rolling Hills. This house is more than just a structure—it represents a journey. It’s where we’ve made countless memories and where we continue to grow as a family.

A Favorite Spot to Gather
 If I had to pick my favorite room, it would definitely be the great room off the kitchen. The two large windows open up to the most marvelous view, and it’s the perfect spot for us to gather. Whether we’re relaxing as a family, enjoying a meal, or just unwinding with a good book, this room has become the heart of our home.

California Coastal Meets Ranch Style
 When it comes to describing the style of our home, I’d say it’s a beautiful blend of ranch style and California Coastal vibes. It feels relaxed yet elegant, and the design complements the natural beauty of the surroundings. It’s comfortable and inviting—exactly what we wanted when we set out to build this home.

Timeless Design Features
 One of the features I love most about our home is the beautiful hickory floors. They add so much warmth and character to the space, and they’re just one of the many elements that give the house its unique charm. The large brick fireplace is another standout feature, making the living areas feel cozy and welcoming, even on cooler nights.

Views That Steal the Show
 I can’t talk about our home without mentioning the views. It feels like every room takes full advantage of the scenery. From the entryway to the living room, dining room, kitchen, and even the laundry room, you’re always able to look out and take in the panoramic views of the coastline and city below. It truly is one of the best views in Rolling Hills.

Memories Made Here
 Over the years, we’ve hosted many family gatherings here, from Christmases to Thanksgivings and Easters. This house has been the perfect space for celebrating with our large family. The open layout and spacious rooms allow everyone to come together, making it feel both intimate and expansive at the same time.

 What I love most about living here is the peace and privacy we experience every day. Whether I’m enjoying a quiet moment in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, it’s always so serene. The view, combined with the peaceful surroundings, makes it feel like our own private retreat—something I cherish every day.
