He teamed up with his current partners Bill Davis and Tony Puma over 3 years ago. Together, they re-opened Palos Verdes Realty under the brokerage Palm Realty Boutique. Their team also includes a Transaction Coordinator, Kathy Jacques, who makes sure everything runs smoothly.
As full-service, full-time agents, Keith and his partners are there for their clients before, during and after the sale of the property. They provide help and service even if a sale is not part of the discussion. “We strive to create lifetime relationships with all of our clients and to have a positive influence in the community through charities, community involvement and more,” says Keith.
“We sell and lease: homes, townhomes, condos, multifamily, commercial and industrial properties all over Southern California. More than just selling, we value building long-term relationships with our clients, helping every step of the way in any way we can,” he adds.

Prior to working in real estate, Keith gained invaluable experience in the mortgage industry. Then, during the recession in 2008, he was offered an opportunity to partner with a seasoned agent, which is where he started his real estate career. Born and raised in Walnut, Keith loves Southern California and everything it has to offer. He is married to his wife, Kelly Kelley, and they are blessed with two children, Evan (12) and Olivia (9).
When not working, it’s all about family to Keith. He explains, “I enjoy being involved in all of my kids’ sports, including soccer, water polo and baseball.” He also loves traveling and enjoying life with friends.
You can find Keith and his family soaking in the sun on sandy beaches as well as skiing and snowboarding. “Some of our favorite family trips are houseboating and taking our wakeboard boat to the river and lakes,” says Keith. “I also enjoy horseback riding with Los Caballeros, especially our Catalina ride.”
