After 26 years together, Jeremiah and Edith Cohn, along with their daughter Tatra, moved to Rolling Hills during the pandemic, fulfilling their dream. Jeremiah, CMO at CDProjektRed, works remotely from their new home, while Edith, a children's novelist and former teacher, contributes to the community. The family enjoys creating charcuterie boards, hosting parties, and exploring Rolling Hills' trails, embracing their new community and home.

Ken and Sandy Pickar have cherished their home at 11 Bowie Road for 30 years, initially planning to rent but eventually buying it. The house, expanded since its 1960 construction, underwent further modifications by the couple. Designer John Flemming played a key role, emphasizing flow and "jewel tones." The library, housing 1,200 books, became Ken's favorite space. The lush garden, featuring a waterfall and Italian garden, adds to their joy in Rolling Hills, a community they've embraced for its tranquility and community spirit.

 

Rolling Hills residents embraced a Western spirit at the Caballeros Annual Hix BBQ, hosted at the Empty Saddle Club. Over 130 attendees, including Caballeros President Rob Hammond, relished BBQ delights, homemade appetizers, and a horse trailer bar. Despite Hurricane Hillary disrupting horse demonstrations, guests enjoyed live country music and a stunning sunset.
