one-on-one personal training or couples’ training in a gym that is not overcrowded.
“Our gym was built with personal trainers in mind,” explains Baron. “We are not open to the
public for memberships, which keeps our total volume low. The gym is reserved for just
personal trainers and clients.”
Having a free and open space for trainers to work with their clients is more efficient and
provides a more comfortable private training environment. Active clients also have open gym
access reserved just for them.

“Daniel (my business partner) and I, both have our degrees in Exercise Physiology. When
intaking a new trainer, not only do we look to hire someone that fits our culture but also
someone who meets the higher standards of education and knowledge to make sure their
clients get the best results possible.”

Experience + Expertise
Baron, who has a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology from Fresno
State, is passionate about personal training. He has been in the industry for nearly 13 years,
even starting his own business doing in-home personal training. He spent 6 years growing that
business, expanding to seven other trainers and servicing the whole Bay Area before Covid shut it down. At that time, Baron worked with Daniel to bring his dream to reality with ATP Fitness.
Baron loves what he does. “I fell in love with helping people feel the success of helping them
reach their fitness goals,” he shares.
