Shall Prosper Industries Where Faith, Integrity, and Exceptional Service Meet

Some businesses begin with a carefully crafted business plan. Others begin with an unexpected opportunity that turns into something much bigger. For Alfred and Temeka Ford, founders of Shall Prosper Industries (SPI), their journey started with what they believe was a divine calling.

Today, Shall Prosper Industries has become one of the Houston area's fastest growing exterior cleaning and property maintenance companies, serving residential and commercial clients with pressure washing, soft washing, concrete and paver sealing, janitorial services, and holiday lighting. Despite the company's impressive growth, the Fords remain committed to the same principles that inspired them from the very beginning: faith, integrity, excellence, and service.

While successfully operating other businesses, Alfred and Temeka were approached by a company that admired the way they conducted business and encouraged them to enter the commercial cleaning industry. With decades of customer service experience and a passion for helping others, they recognized the opportunity as more than a business venture. It became a chance to combine professional excellence with a values driven approach centered on honesty, transparency, and treating every customer with genuine care.

That philosophy has resonated throughout the greater Houston community.

One of the qualities clients notice immediately is the efficiency of the SPI team. Jobs that often take other companies several days are routinely completed in just hours without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Their experienced crews work efficiently while maintaining the highest standards, allowing homeowners and businesses to enjoy beautiful results with minimal disruption.

But speed is only part of the story.

What truly distinguishes Shall Prosper Industries is their unwavering commitment to doing what is right. If an unexpected issue arises during a project, even something outside the original scope of work, the team does not simply walk away. They stay until the problem is resolved because they believe their word is their bond. That level of accountability has earned SPI an outstanding reputation and an ever-growing list of repeat customers and referrals.

Equally important is the investment they make in their employees. Every team member undergoes background checks and drug screening before joining the company, providing customers with confidence about who is working on their property. Beyond hiring carefully, SPI offers professional development programs and stretch assignments designed to help employees grow both personally and professionally. Whether someone is building a long-term career or using the opportunity to reach another life goal, the Fords believe every employee deserves the chance to succeed.

The company's family oriented culture extends beyond the workplace. Alfred and Temeka have been married for 26 years and are proud parents of three adult children, along with a daughter in law and their energetic five year old granddaughter. Their children actively work in the business, making SPI a true family enterprise. Alfred's brother, Alan, serves as Chief Information Officer, bringing decades of leadership experience from organizations including Enron, Houston ISD, Chevron, and BP, along with certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile Operations & Systems.

The Ford family's roots also trace back to Prairie View A&M University, where Alfred and Temeka first met as students in the mid 1990s. Temeka went on to earn her Doctorate in Audiology and has spent more than 20 years serving patients in hospitals, schools, nursing homes, and private clinics. Meanwhile, Alfred expanded what began as a single logistics company inspired by Psalm 1:3 into a portfolio of successful businesses employing more than 160 people through partnerships with Amazon and FedEx.

Despite those accomplishments, the Fords remain deeply involved in church ministry and continue to view their businesses as opportunities to serve others. When they are not working, they enjoy traveling, discovering great restaurants, taking food tours, cruising with family, and when time allows, Alfred enjoys spending a peaceful day fishing.

The team at Shall Prosper Industries also encourages homeowners to protect one of their largest investments through routine maintenance. In Houston's humid climate, algae, mildew, pollen, and organic buildup often begin accumulating long before they are visible. Scheduling pressure or soft washing once or twice each year helps preserve surfaces while maintaining curb appeal. They also recommend keeping gutters clean before storm season to prevent costly water damage and always choosing licensed and insured contractors for any work performed on your property.

The praise from satisfied customers speaks for itself. Homeowners consistently describe SPI as professional, dependable, efficient, and committed to exceeding expectations. One customer remarked that their 40-year-old home looked "brand new" after service, while another praised the team's integrity and willingness to go above and beyond to help.

For Alfred and Temeka, success is not measured only by growth. It is measured by trust, relationships, and leaving every customer feeling confident they made the right choice.

Their mission remains simple: provide exceptional service, operate with integrity, invest in people, and honor God through their work.

If your home or business could benefit from professional pressure washing, soft washing, concrete or paver sealing, janitorial services, or beautiful holiday lighting, Shall Prosper Industries would be honored to earn your trust.
