Blazing His Own Trail 

Before entering the glass industry, Rafael was an athlete. He enjoyed soccer and refereed professional soccer games. To support his family in his early 20s, he began working for the glass shop. His abilities were unmatched in the industry. When former employers didn’t want to let him go, he knew he was meant for bigger and better things. 

“I knew it was time to fly on my own,” he says.

Rafael is married to his wife, Dani, and together they have three children, Rafael Jr., Bella, and Scarlett, along with two cats, Princess and Apollo. Family and faith are essential to this business owner. 

“Success is legacy,” Rafael says. “Not of the tangible, but that which one can’t see, such as wisdom, faith, and love.”

He lives by Matthew 6:33: “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” For Rafael, putting God first is the foundation that makes everything else possible.
