Where are you originally from? I’m originally from Manhattan Beach, California. Kevin is from Mount Prospect.

Is there anything your neighbors might know you for? I’m known for being friendly, welcoming, and outgoing. We’re very social with our neighbors and celebrate lots of events together.

Describe your family dynamic or interests: We’re a mix of chill homebodies and active sports lovers. Kevin’s three siblings and parents all live in Mount Prospect, so we spend a lot of time with extended family and cousins. We enjoy biking, getting frozen yogurt downtown Arlington Heights in the summer, and having dance parties or doing puzzles at home.

Any family traditions? We celebrate both Jewish and Catholic holidays, since I’m Jewish and Kevin is Catholic. We also love watching Illini sports and professional games together as a family.

Favorite vacation memory? We recently did a road trip to St. Louis and Nashville with all three kids — it was so much fun! My personal favorite trip is still our honeymoon in Thailand.

What do you love about your neighborhood? The people — we’re surrounded by supportive, loving, and caring friends who always have our back. It’s also amazing being close to Kevin’s high school friends who’ve all moved back to the community.

What’s something meaningful or unique about your family? We’re multigenerational — my mom moved from California in 2020 and still lives with us to help with the kids. Also, blending two faith traditions brings a lot of richness to our family.

What is your profession? I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of LTH Beauty, a Medspa located inside the beautiful Splendid Day Spa in downtown Mount Prospect. I specialize in Botox, filler, Sculptra, microneedling, and weight loss management.

What do you love about what you do? I love helping women feel confident, refreshed, and happy — and building a network of supportive, empowered clients and fellow female entrepreneurs.

What inspired you to enter the field? I’ve always had a passion for beauty, wellness, and helping others feel their best.

Where did you go to college? I studied Community Health/Pre-Physical Therapy at the University of Illinois, earned my master’s in nursing at DePaul, and later completed another master’s at Saint Louis University to become an advanced practice nurse. 

What does your spouse do? Kevin is a software engineer and has owned his own company since 2011.

What does your family love doing? Hanging with friends, family, going out to new restaurants, spending time with my kids outdoors, yoga, hiking, massages, all things self care.

Are you passionate about any charities / nonprofits / philanthropies? I'm involved in the PTA at Windsor and now more involved since I launched my business.

Describe your perfect day. Walk while listening to my podcast, usually Mel Robbins, yoga class, brunch with girlfriends, acupuncture, chiropractic. 

What are your favorite things to do around town? We love going to coffee and breakfast at Scratchboard Kitchen and enjoy the music concerts during the summer months.

What are your favorite restaurants, hikes, events, TV shows, etc? I am currently watching White Lotus and loving it. I’m a sucker for romantic comedies and enjoy being outdoors, though I haven’t found my favorite hike yet. 

Why did you choose to live in this neighborhood? My husband wants our kids to go to Prospect High School.
