Celebrating Love and New Beginnings
The Story of Cam & Jordan

February is the month of love, and we’re thrilled to spotlight Cameron Blizard and Jordan Schepisi, whose engagement has brought joy to their families and our community. Just before Christmas, the happy couple shared the exciting news that they’re taking the next step in their journey together.
Donna Blizard expressed her happiness for the couple, highlighting how they’ve grown up as best friends, always supporting and caring for each other. Jeanie Schepisi also shared her excitement, celebrating not only their engagement but the merging of their families.
Stroll Sedgefield asked Cam and Jordan to share the story of how they met.
What began with passing glances in the hallways of Jamestown Middle turned into what Cam describes as "forced" dances at the Sedgefield Clubhouse Ballroom while taking cotillion classes. Mutual friends led to the exchange of Snapchats and numbers, which sparked an interest. That interest grew into a crush and, by 2016, blossomed into young love.
"Our first date was for milkshakes at Cookout. After that was dinner at each other’s houses and eventually going to watch our friends play soccer at Page, where I asked Jordan to be my girlfriend. Little did I know that 8+ years later I would ask her to be my wife on a family trip to Albany. We’ve faced high school, college, covid, loss, and all of life’s challenges hand in hand. We have been blessed with a host of loving friends and family. This community has been the setting for some of the fondest chapters of our lives and we couldn’t be more thankful."
What’s a song or movie that perfectly describes your love story?
Cam’s Response:
“All Roads Lead Home” (Unreleased) – Zach Bryan
Jordan’s Response:
"Forever" – Noah Kahan
If you had to describe your partner in three words, what would they be?
Cam’s Response:
“Sunshine, Serenity, Unwavering.”
Jordan’s Response:
“Bold, Charismatic, Good-natured.”
What’s the most romantic thing you’ve done for each other?
Cam’s Response:
"Sophomore year of college I got a hip surgery done. Jordan spent the 2-3 weeks that I was bed-ridden waiting on me hand and foot, dedicating her days to my well-being. It proved that she will always love and take care of me."
Jordan’s Response:
"During a night out at Grandover for Karaoke, Cam took the stage and dedicated “Let’s Stay Together” by Al Green to me in front of a packed house. The crowd loved it and I was so amused, but not surprised. That’s just who he is."
As we celebrate love this Valentine’s season, we raise a toast to Cam and Jordan—a couple whose journey together is marked by laughter, devotion, and a shared commitment to one another. Here’s to their bright future and many more cherished moments. Congratulations to the happy couple!
