Where did you grow up? How long have you lived in the area? Tell us about your family
I grew up in Southern California most of my life and then moved to Louisiana to serve in the US Army for 4 years. My family and I have lived in Seville for 1 year now.
Tell us about the events that led up to where you are now.
After serving 4 years in the military I attended college at California State University Long Beach where I earned my Bachelors degree in Business Management and Business Operations. I started my own construction business 20 years ago as a General Contractor doing residential home remodeling, specializing in bathrooms and kitchens.
What is your business, how/why did you start your business?
I grew up as a young teenager learning several construction trades and after I earned my business degree, it was the most appropriate field to go into. I always wanted to start a business from the ground up and watch it flourish. I love seeing peoples homes transformed into their own beautiful space. I love giving my clients their dream home remodel.
We recently moved our business from Southern California to Gilbert Arizona. My wife and I are beginning to build up our name and our clientele and we are excited for this new season. We are continuing to focus on residential remodeling, specializing in whole home remodels, kitchens and bathrooms.
What is unique about your business?
WE are a family owned business that my wife Brianne and I run together! We have a passion for customer service, top quality workmanship and building a trusting relationship with our clients.
Given your business expertise and the nature of what you do, what advice can you offer to your neighbors?
When you hire a general contractor for any kind of remodel make sure you are open about your
expectations and make sure you are on the same page as the contractor guides you through the remodeling process. We are very specific when bidding out our jobs and make sure we are very detailed, that way there are no surprise costs later on in the project. Sometimes you can get a cheaper bid but unfortunately there are probably some services/products that are not included compared to the way we bid our projects and unfortunately you will be surprised with a large Add-on bill at the end of the project.
The bottom line is , "Always compare apples to apples!"
What part of the neighborhood do you live in and how long have you lived in Seville?
We live in the Renaissance neighborhood in Seville and we have been here about 1 year
What else we should know about you, your family, or your business?
WE absolutely love Gilbert, Arizona. We love how friendly and quiet the Seville neighborhood is. We love being outdoors with our kids whether its playing basketball, riding bikes to the park, swimming or riding our quads in the winter and boating in the summer!
