Where did you grow up? How long have you lived in the area? Tell us about your family
Reannon grew up in Montana and lived there her entire life before relocating to Los Angeles for work in 2015. She quickly realized Los Angeles wasn’t the right fit, so in 2016 she made the move to Phoenix, where she instantly felt more at home.
Mark grew up in Northern California and, following his college baseball career, moved around the country working for a variety of professional sports teams. He ultimately landed in Phoenix after accepting a position with the Arizona Cardinals.
The two met in 2019 and, after navigating the chaos of COVID together, decided to put down roots. In 2021, they moved from Scottsdale to Seville and purchased their first home. Today, they split their time between their favorite neighborhood in Gilbert (Seville) and a beautiful home in Montana near the Yellowstone River. They also share their lives with their four dogs, who are a big part of their world
Tell us about the events that led up to where you are now…
Born and raised in beautiful Montana, Reannon has spent more than 12 years building a career centered around customer service and meaningful relationships. She has always had a love for dogs, the outdoors, good food, and of course, coffee and tea. After spending over a decade in the corporate world, she realized she wanted something more personal, creative, and impactful.
That vision became Cup Canvas, a business built on bringing personality, creativity, and connection to every custom cup and sleeve. Reannon recognized a gap in the market for a company that truly prioritizes relationships, fast and reliable service, and a personalized experience. Today, she proudly works with coffee shops, restaurants, and brands across the country, helping bring their stories to life one cup at a time.
Mark was born in Lincoln, California, but his career has taken him all across the U.S., shaping his passion for people, business growth, and new experiences. With more than 16 years in sales, spanning industries like sports, tech, restaurant supply, and finance, Mark has built a reputation for helping businesses scale and succeed. After serving as a National Sales Director in the restaurant supply space, he partnered with Reannon to build something of their own.
Together, they combined their strengths to create Cup Canvas. When Mark isn’t working with vendors or managing sales, you can usually find him golfing, fishing, or enjoying the outdoors with Reannon and their dogs.
What is your business, how/why did you start your business?
Cup Canvas was born from a simple idea- that even the smallest detail, like the cup in someone’s hand, can tell a powerful brand story.
Founded by husband and wife team Reannon Crider and Mark Butler, Cup Canvas began with a shared love for coffee, creativity, and connection. After years of experience in customer service and national sales, they recognized a major gap in the industry. Many companies offered custom cups and sleeves, but lacked personalized service, dependable turnaround times, and a true partnership approach.
They set out to change that by building a company that not only delivers high-quality products, but also builds real relationships with clients. Today, Cup Canvas partners with businesses nationwide to create custom-branded cups that elevate their brand, enhance their customer experience, and ultimately help them grow.

Given your business expertise and the nature of what you do, what advice can you offer to Seville neighbors?

We also believe in supporting local whenever possible. Building relationships within your community not only strengthens your business, but also creates opportunities for collaboration and long-term growth.
