From Ali Hooker's Kitchen

This old-time recipe is so easy and quick to fix and is still popular today. It's very tasty and also is a nourishing appetizer for those "power Hors d'oeuvres" gatherings.
REFRIED BEAN DIP
Ingredients:
1 16 oz. Can refried beans
1 small onion chopped (more or less)
1 small green pepper chopped (more or less)
1 small tomato, chopped
3/4 cup grated Cheddar Cheese (more or less)
Instructions:
In a 9” pie plate or Quiche dish, spread refried beans.
Sprinkle with chopped onions, chopped green pepper, and chopped tomato. Then spread with grated cheese on top. Bake at 300 degrees for ½ hour or so (until it’s all warm and the cheese is melted). Serve with nacho chips. Enjoy!
Tips:
Can use any kind of cheese
May add olives, jalapenos, etc.; just put the cheese on top.
