Building Traditions, One Season at a Time

Football has always been about more than wins and losses — it’s about teamwork, spirit, and the values that last long after the final whistle. Our middle school football program is built on that foundation, guided by a coaching staff who care as much about character as they do about the scoreboard.
Meet the Coaching Staff
The team is led by Head Coach Jason Cutler, whose leadership provides both direction and inspiration. Alongside him is a strong, experienced staff who each bring unique expertise:
  • Coach Adam Taft – Offensive Coach
  • Coach Mike Manno – Defensive Coach
  • Coach Michael Manno – Defensive Line Coach
  • Coach Jacob Cutler – Defensive Coach
  • Coach Rafael – Offensive Line Coach
Together, these coaches are committed to molding players into not only skilled athletes but also respectful young men.
Coaching Philosophy
“Our culture is about kindness, respect, and playing with heart,” the staff shared. “We want these boys to be known for giving their all in every game — but also for being the kind of young men people are proud to cheer for in school and in life.”
Competition is a teaching tool, used to instill discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Players learn to handle pressure, bounce back from setbacks, and celebrate victories with humility.
The Spirit of Family
Team mom Samantha put it best:
“What excites me most is supporting the boys and helping build spirit and memories that make this program feel like family.”
And Cheer Coach Sam echoed the same:
“We’re teaching lessons that go far beyond football — discipline, teamwork, and perseverance that will serve them everywhere in life.”
Pride & Traditions
This team is proud of its pre-game tradition: gathering together at the field post, chanting and cheering before running out between the cheerleaders. It’s an electric moment that connects players, cheerleaders, and families, setting the tone for every game.
The families have been behind the team every step of the way, showing up to cheer loudly and support tirelessly. While every season comes with challenges, the enthusiasm of these athletes and their families shows the strength of this program.
Looking Ahead
As the program continues to grow, the coaches see incredible opportunities for their players and for the school community as a whole. Football is a unifying force — bringing students, parents, and staff together and instilling pride in the traditions that continue to build each season.
Most of all, the coaches are proud of how their players show up, day after day:
“I’m especially proud of how these kids come together as one. They give their best effort, and they represent their school and community with pride.”
This team is more than a roster of players. It’s a family, a tradition, and a source of pride for the entire community.
