In this LOVE Issue of Stroll Silverleaf & DC Ranch, we’re honored to spotlight neighbors whose lives reflect commitment, resilience, and the joy of building something meaningful together.

Our featured Meet Your Neighbors, the Pla family, beautifully embodies that spirit. Philip and Loubna’s love story spans continents and careers, beginning with a chance meeting in Tampa more than 23 years ago and continuing through life chapters in Lebanon, Boston, the Pacific Northwest, and now DC Ranch. Along the way, they’ve built not only successful professional lives in dentistry and business, but also a close-knit family centered around their three sons—Ian, Alec, and Lance—each pursuing their own passions. 

This February issue is filled with inspiring stories that reflect the many ways love shows up in our community—from marriages and parenthood to friendships, service, and following lifelong dreams.
