As a lifelong Arizonan with a heart for both the arts and healthcare, Hope Pack, founder of Truly Dermatology, brings a unique blend of passion, precision, and personal care to the Valley. Raised in a highly musical family—her father a longtime principal tubist for the Phoenix Symphony and her mother a professional harpist—Hope followed a different path, drawn early on to the world of dermatology.

After earning her MBA and a second master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner, Hope built her expertise in both cosmetic and medical dermatology. Her experience spans everything from advanced wound care to pediatric and adult dermatology. She completed a dermatology fellowship and has held leadership roles in national organizations, including serving as President-Elect of the Arizona Dermatology Nurses Association and now as Marketing Chair for the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners.

Hope launched Truly Dermatology to fill a major gap in local care—a mobile, concierge dermatology service that brings high-quality medical and cosmetic dermatology directly to your home, office, or even hotel. From skin cancer screenings and hair loss treatments to Botox, fillers, and facials, Truly Dermatology combines expertise with convenience. With evening and weekend appointments available, patients enjoy ongoing access to their provider after each visit—no waiting rooms, no rushed appointments.

Hope's advice to residents? “First, sunscreen is non-negotiable—it makes all the difference. Second, don’t ignore persistent skin issues in kids, especially if it’s disrupting their sleep. And third, if one treatment didn’t work, don’t give up—there’s almost always another option.”

Hope now lives in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area with her husband and their three retired greyhounds.
