Editor’s Note: We first introduced DC Ranch resident Rebecca Ryan in 2018, highlighting her singing career, which began at a very young age in her church choir. Inspired by her musically gifted grandmother and raised as an only child who loved to perform, Rebecca went on to act and sing professionally in Los Angeles before relocating to Scottsdale in 2011. Several years later, we’re delighted to catch up with Rebecca and her husband, Jerry Blann.

The two first met at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole on the very day Rebecca arrived from Austin, quickly forming a friendship that later blossomed into romance. Married for 14 years and together for 21, the couple now divides their time between DC Ranch and Jackson Hole—spending winters in Arizona and summers in the mountains—balancing Jerry’s long-standing career in the ski industry with Rebecca’s continued passion for entertaining and performing locally throughout the DC Ranch community, as well as at the Jackson Lake Lodge during the summer months.
