Go Stallions!
Prior to moving to Spaulding Farm in 2017, I had never even heard of a neighborhood swim team. My wife coached high school swimmers and state champion divers, so I had been exposed to that side of the sport, but I had no idea how important the Spaulding Farm Swim Team would become to our family. Over the years, I’ve realized it is truly an integral part of this community, not only for the kids, but for the adults as well.
I’ve had the privilege of watching my daughter, Fiona, grow up in this swim team-driven community, and it has been incredible to witness and be a part of. The kids love every aspect of it... Riding to practice on bikes and golf carts, Spirit Week (the shaving cream war is my favorite to watch!), Friday donuts, late nights after swim meets, team parties, and everything in between. It truly is an amazing experience to be a kid in this neighborhood.
As a parent, and initially just a bystander watching from the sidelines, it has been equally rewarding to watch the younger swimmers grow from Guppies into Big Team swimmers, and eventually into coaches and leaders within our community. Swim team has introduced our family to friendships and relationships that may have never happened otherwise, and for that I am grateful.
I am proud to be the 2026 Spaulding Farm Swim Team Magazine Sponsor, helping create a place where neighbors and friends can share meet photos, team memories, party pictures (even the semi-awkward but much-loved adult dodgeball photos!), and all things SFST. I hope this will help capture the smiling faces, competitive spirit, traditions, and unforgettable moments that make swim team such a special part of Spaulding Farm.
GO STALLIONS!!!
