Meet Ariel Nunes - Wellness Coach & Meal Prep Specialist Helping Women Simplify Nutrition

Helping women feel good in their skin Helping women fit back into their jeans Helping women with quick, simple, and sustainable solutions

You’re the one everyone leans on.
You keep everything in order, planning the meals, and never-ending to-do lists.
But secretly... you're running on fumes.
You don’t need another influencer telling you to “just be more disciplined.” You need someone who gets it.
The burnout. The pressure. The decision fatigue that makes even breakfast feel overwhelming.
I work with women — moms, professionals, first responders — who are tired of being tired.
Who wants their body, mind, and confidence back without another trendy diet.
Those who want real sustainability, with real food that fits their real life.
When I first started my fitness journey, I had no idea what I was doing. I bounced between cardio
and random strength days, thinking I was “eating clean” — but I wasn’t seeing real results, and I
didn’t feel great either.
That changed when I joined the Michigan State Police. Suddenly, it wasn’t just about looking fit
— it was about showing up strong, clear-headed, and reliable in high-pressure situations. That’s
when I started digging into whole food nutrition, macro counting, and learning how to eat for
fuel, not just aesthetics.
This only became more important when I became a stay-at-home mom. I had other mouths to
feed — and needed the energy to match.
While working for MSP, I became obsessed. I studied macros and learned how to stabilize my
blood sugar — avoiding crashes that came from processed foods, under-eating, and simply
“winging it.”
When I paired that with intentional strength training, everything changed. I finally felt sharp,
stable, and strong. No more brain fog.
Eventually, I became a wellness instructor within the department, helping others learn how to
meal prep, calculate macros, and simplify their nutrition. That’s when I realized: this was more
than a side passion. I had a gift for making nutrition practical, structured, and simple to follow.
After resigning from MSP to marry my Brazilian husband and move abroad (crazy, I know!), I opened my coaching business during COVID. Over the past five years, it’s grown into something
bigger than I ever imagined.
I’ve helped women shed pounds, rebuild strength, and understand their bodies in deeper ways —from hormone cycles to seasonal cravings. I teach women to train with their bodies, not against
them. I’ve created a meal prepping system that removes the mental load and makes food easy
again.

Now, I’m back in Michigan with my family, and my business continues to grow. What I offer isn’t just theory. It’s lived experience, tested systems, and the kind of support I wish I had when I was struggling in silence.
I was always the driven, focused, and committed woman. Type A personality, perfectionist. I didn’t just show up; I showed up early, stayed late, and gave 110%. But when I became a mom, things changed, and they changed drastically. Suddenly, it wasn’t just about pushing harder; it
was about finding balance. That’s when I realized that the same discipline that fueled my MSP
career needed to shift — to fit into my new role and lifestyle.
Now I know both sides of the coin. The hard-charging woman and the soft-hearted stay-at-home
mom.
Whether you're a driven, goal-oriented woman or a busy mom seeking balance, I’ll create a clear,
personalized plan that fits your life and moves you toward your goals without burnout.
Imagine feeling healthier, more energized, confident, and aligned with your body — that’s the
transformation I want for you.
If you’re ready for that change — whether it’s a 12-week intensive or a year-long plan — let’s
talk. No pressure. Just a conversation about where you feel stuck and how I can help.
