The Boys of Winter 2026

FROZEN, FOCUSED and FEARLESS!

Grand Haven hockey was established in 2000, with Spring Lake joining the program as a co-op in 2014. Over the past several years, Spring Lake has experienced significant growth, producing a strong pipeline of talented players within the community. This growth has had a very positive impact on our program, and we have high expectations as we continue to build with the high-level talent coming from our co-op schools.
Our roster is a young one, featuring nine sophomores and two freshmen. While we are younger than many varsity teams, every player on our roster is capable of competing and prepared to play at the varsity level.

This season has brought some expected growing pains with a new coaching staff and an influx of newer players, but we are making steady progress and learning something new every day. We are fortunate to be part of a co-op with multiple schools, which allows us to build a competitive, top-tier varsity program and showcase the best talent from our communities.

A little about me: I grew up playing hockey in Muskegon and graduated from Reeths-Puffer High School in 2005. I spent two years in Minnesota, where I developed a strong passion for coaching and gained valuable knowledge of the game. I brought that experience back to my alma mater, where we enjoyed a great deal of success. With my children attending Spring Lake schools, coaching in the community where I live was important to me. My goal is to help build a strong, respected hockey program, one that my kids, and others in our community, can be proud to be part of someday

Let’s introduce some of our Spring Laker players on the 2026 roster!
