By 2000, they had earned their place as co-owners, expanding the company into what is now West Michigan Roofing & Construction. 

Even after their father’s passing, his influence remains ever-present. Adam and his wife, Yvonne, are raising their three children— Sophia, Annabella, and Anthony—in Grand Haven, where they stay actively involved in school and community activities. 

Mike, a proud father and grandfather, often brings his grandson Mateo along to work, embodying the same hands-on mentorship he once received. Outside of work, Mike is an avid bow hunter who competes in archery tournaments, while Adam’s family enjoys time at their vacation property in Crystal Mountain. These personal connections reinforce what the business has always stood for: relationships that go beyond transactions.

For the Megna brothers, success is measured not only in projects completed but in impact made. Their commitment to the community is evident through a wide range of local involvement. From sponsoring youth sports teams and participating in the Jingle Bell Parade to supporting organizations like Toys for Tots, their presence is felt throughout West Michigan. One of their most meaningful initiatives is participation in Veteran Roof Deployment projects, where they partner with Owens Corning and Habitat for Humanity to provide new roofs for veterans in need across multiple communities.
