For Sterling on the Lake resident and wellness advocate Amber Riley, health is more than a checklist—it’s a journey of understanding your body, listening to its signals, and reclaiming your vitality. That belief is what led her to create The Whole Path, a holistic health coaching practice with one powerful mission: to help women—especially busy moms in their 40s—reset their rhythms, balance their hormones, and overcome stubborn weight challenges through sustainable, root-cause wellness.
Founded in December 2024, The Whole Path offers clients a deeply supportive and science-backed approach to healing, blending cutting-edge therapies with personalized coaching. From GLP-1 peptide education to gut healing protocols, metabolic support, and mindset coaching, clients are guided through structured virtual programs, a vibrant wellness community, and one-on-one support tailored to their unique needs.
What truly sets The Whole Path apart is the state-of-the-art in-person wellness center, where clients can access powerful tools like red light therapy, infrared sauna, lymphatic drainage, and PEMF therapy. These modalities support everything from detoxification to nervous system regulation—key pillars in sustainable weight loss and overall vitality.
The inspiration behind The Whole Path is deeply personal. Like many women, Amber spent years feeling exhausted, inflamed, and unheard by traditional medicine. Despite “normal” lab results, she knew something was off—and her search for answers eventually led her to root-cause healing. That journey not only transformed her own life, but also lit a fire to help others find lasting wellness. “I created The Whole Path to be everything I needed when I was looking for answers,” she says. “A place where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to take back their health.”
In addition to offering powerful wellness strategies, The Whole Path is built around community and connection. As a longtime resident of Flowery Branch and Sterling on the Lake, Amber is passionate about serving her neighbors. She and her husband, _____ have lived in the area for over 20 years, they have raised two children here, and they continue to share their home with their beloved fur baby dogs Google and Annabelle and Kittens Ivy and Bond.
Her advice for those beginning their own wellness journey? “Your body isn’t broken—it’s communicating. Sustainable health isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what actually works for you.” Whether you’re struggling with energy, hormones, inflammation, or simply looking for a new path forward, The Whole Path offers not just guidance—but transformation.
