At just 15 years old, Salem Miller has already built an impressive record of achievement as a member of the Pride of Owasso band. A resident of the neighborhood for two years, she attends Owasso High School, where her dedication to music and academics reflects a strong work ethic and clear focus on her goals.

Salem plays both the French Horn and the mellophone, instruments that require discipline and precision. Her commitment to improving her skills has earned her recognition beyond the classroom. She has been selected twice for the all-region band and is a member of the band’s leadership team, a role that involves guiding and supporting other musicians. A former three-year all-stater on the horn, her mother went on to become a neonatal nurse practitioner, dedicating her career to caring for premature infants.
