Since moving to the area with his family in early 2014, Dustin has become deeply rooted in the community and passionate about enhancing local homes with high-quality concrete transformations.

Dustin has always believed in the American dream—that with hard work and determination, anyone can build something meaningful. In 2017, Dustin founded Expert Concrete Coatings. Recognizing a gap in the local market for reliable, professional concrete coating services, Dustin set out to create a company known for outstanding craftsmanship and dependable service. Dustin grew up in Southern Wyoming, where he spent summers working on his family’s cattle ranch and helping with their construction company, which specialized in installing underground utilities. That hands-on upbringing instilled a strong work ethic and a solid foundation in construction—values he brings to every project his company takes on.

Family plays a central role in Dustin’s life. He is happily married to the love of his life, and together they’re raising three energetic children, ages 5 to 12. Their family stays active with youth sports—particularly baseball and soccer—and enjoys the wealth of outdoor adventures available in Southern Utah. From hiking and dirt biking to relaxing days at the lake, the Brintons make the most of exploring the beauty that surrounds St. George. 

The desire to be self-employed and serve others was the primary motivation behind starting Expert Concrete Coatings. One quote that particularly resonates with Dustin is, “An entrepreneur is someone who works 80 hours a week to avoid working 40 for someone else.” That entrepreneurial mindset has shaped the company's commitment to integrity, hard work, and customer satisfaction
