While working with major organizations, he witnessed firsthand how digital transformation could improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making. By late 2025, he recognized that many of those same changes were beginning to reach small and mid-sized businesses. "The technology was becoming available to everyone," he says. "But most business owners didn't have someone they trusted to help them determine where AI could truly create value."
That realization inspired him to launch six50 solutions, bringing enterprise-level strategy and financial expertise to founder-led and private equity-backed companies that typically wouldn't have access to the resources of a Big Four consulting firm. A native of Batavia, Adil graduated from Batavia High School before earning both his bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Northern Illinois University. He remains a licensed CPA in Illinois.
