On Wednesday June 10, Stroll held a lively event at Bar Louie, a neighborhood bar that is located in the strip mall adjacent to AMC movie theatre on Showplace Drive. It is a fun location with a full bar and serves both lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on the weekends. They offer a wide variety of delicious burgers, sandwiches, salads and appetizers. There is a nice outdoor seating area as well as plenty of tables inside along with a large bar.

            Over fifty people from both White Eagle and Stonebridge attended and were treated to a nice selection of appetizers including a tater tot bar that offered tots with cheese, bacon, onions and sour cream toppings, cheese stuffed pretzels, nachos, and flatbreads. Attendees could also enjoy some of their signature cocktails like Dragon Fruit Margaritas, Dark Manhattans and Lone Star Lemonades.

            Several Stroll partners were in attendance, as well as neighbors from both communities. There was plenty of space to sit and relax while catching up with friends or making new acquaintances as Bar Louie had set aside a large amount of its dining area for everyone to enjoy the event. Steve awarded Bar Louie gift cards through free raffle drawings for both partners and neighbors to win.

            As always, this event was a nice way to hear about people that run local businesses, get to meet neighbors and friends, and have some drinks and food. It is also a fun way to experience places you may not have been aware of and get to spend some time meeting people while enjoying a nice evening out. There is always a calendar in every edition of Stroll announcing when and where the next event will take place and you can reserve your spot easily for any of the Neighbors Night Out events you are interested in attending.
