HaloHeat Sauna Studios Expands Into Neurowellness and Recovery Aesthetics

HaloHeat's expanded services combine holistic therapies, advanced recovery technology, and customized wellness plans to help clients look, feel, and function at their best.

For more than two years, HaloHeat Sauna Studios has helped residents throughout Aurora and Naperville improve their health through halotherapy and infrared sauna treatments. Now, owners Donna Jolly and Steven Evans are expanding that vision with a new lineup of neurowellness and recovery aesthetic services designed to help people look, feel, and function at their best.

Launching in July, the studio's expanded offerings focus on supporting the body's natural healing processes rather than relying on cosmetic procedures or injections. "We want to work with the body—not against it," the owners explain. "Our goal is to help people revive and rejuvenate naturally."

The new recovery aesthetic services include electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) for muscle toning and pelvic floor support, compression therapy for lymphatic wellness, skin tightening, facial rejuvenation, collagen-stimulating treatments, and peptide and IV therapies. These additions complement HaloHeat's existing wellness services, which include halotherapy, infrared sauna, chromotherapy, aromatherapy, and red-light therapy.

One of the studio's biggest areas of expansion is neurowellness, which focuses on calming and regulating the nervous system. Jolly and Evans believe that today's fast-paced world has left many people in a constant state of stress, even if they don't realize it. "Helping people regulate their nervous system can positively impact everything from how they feel emotionally to how well their bodies recover," they say.

To support that goal, HaloHeat is expanding its Vibroacoustic Lounger offerings and introducing a clinical-grade Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy system. PEMF therapy delivers targeted magnetic pulses designed to promote relaxation and support nervous system balance, with customized frequencies based on each client's wellness goals.

The studio has already seen how its holistic approach can make a difference. One client with a chronic bronchial condition began visiting HaloHeat for regular salt therapy and infrared sauna sessions after exploring other treatment options. According to the owners, she experienced significant improvements in her breathing and overall well-being and is now working with her physician to help educate others about the potential benefits of halotherapy as part of a comprehensive respiratory wellness plan.

The expanded services also allow HaloHeat to support a broader range of wellness needs. Older adults looking for cardiovascular support without high-impact exercise, busy professionals seeking stress relief, athletes focused on recovery, and new mothers experiencing postpartum pelvic floor concerns can all benefit from customized treatment plans.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, HaloHeat is introducing personalized wellness pathways. Every client's experience begins with a consultation, where nurses and trained medical professionals assess individual goals before recommending a tailored program. "People don't need to know which services they need before they arrive," the owners explain. "We'll guide them through the process and create a plan that's right for them."

Clients who simply want to continue enjoying HaloHeat's traditional salt therapy or infrared sauna sessions can still do so, while those interested in a more comprehensive wellness program can take advantage of the studio's new concierge-style approach.

In preparation for the expansion, HaloHeat has enlarged its cooling lounge to create additional space for relaxation and post-sauna recovery. As new nursing and clinical staff join the team, the recovery aesthetic services will officially launch in July.

Looking ahead, Jolly and Evans hope HaloHeat becomes more than a wellness studio—they envision it as a community destination where people can relax, recover, and rejuvenate while benefiting from the latest advances in holistic health.
"Our goal is to become the wellness destination for the Aurora and Naperville communities," they say. "We want to create a sanctuary where people receive personalized care and support that helps them feel their very best."
