My name is Logan Scott, and I’m the proud owner and co-founder of Brogan’s Outdoor Services, based in Oxford, Michigan. This community shaped me—I grew up here, graduated from Oxford High School, and later studied Finance at Walsh College. From the start, my family encouraged my entrepreneurial spark, and that support only strengthened when my wife, Brooke, and I decided to build a business together. Today, our home life is the foundation that allows me to channel creativity, work ethic, and strong family values into everything we do at Brogan’s.

Brooke and I founded Brogan’s Outdoor Services more than a decade ago with a simple but meaningful mission: to enhance beautiful homes and outdoor living spaces, one thoughtful project at a time. We noticed a gap between basic landscaping and truly intentional outdoor design—spaces that weren’t just maintained, but lived in. That inspired us to create a service rooted in integrity, clear communication, and unwavering attention to detail. Our goal has always been to exceed expectations by creating outdoor environments that elevate both the home and the way people use it.

Today, we offer a full spectrum of outdoor-living solutions for both residential and commercial properties. Our services include new landscape installations—beds, sod, grading, plantings—as well as full hardscape construction such as patios, retaining walls, decks, custom concrete, steps, and walkways. We also provide seasonal offerings like fall cleanup, snow and sidewalk clearing, and holiday lighting, in addition to irrigation, fertilization, and year-round maintenance programs to keep every space thriving.

What sets us apart is our design-minded approach and our ability to bring ideas to life with skilled, hands-on execution. Many companies stop at landscaping; we believe in creating truly integrated outdoor-living environments. Every project is custom, and every detail matters. Transparency is a core value for us—no hidden surprises, just an honest partnership with homeowners who want their space to reflect both beauty and purpose.

Of course, growth hasn’t come without challenges and challenges bring opportunity. Balancing increasing demand with our promise of personal attention pushed us to refine our systems, build the right team, and stay focused on craftsmanship. And in Michigan, seasonality always keeps us adaptive. Expanding into winter services has allowed us to remain steady and relevant all year long.

Looking ahead, I envision Brogan’s evolving into a full-service outdoor-living design-build firm, offering more specialty features—from outdoor kitchens to fire elements, lighting automation, and seamlessly integrated hardscape and landscape environments.

If I could offer one piece of advice to homeowners, it’s this: treat your outdoor space as an extension of your home. Thoughtful design, quality materials, and intentional planning always pay off—in daily enjoyment, long-term value, and peace of mind.

I remain hands-on with every major project, and outside of work, I enjoy golf, traveling, and time with friends. At the end of the day, I’m grateful to do what I love—helping families create spaces where life truly happens.
