This year has been nothing short of extraordinary for Emmitt—a young man whose passion, determination, and bright spirit have shone through in everything he does. From reaching major personal milestones to excelling in a wide range of activities, Emmitt has truly made 2025 a year to remember.

One of his most notable accomplishments has been completing his 5th-grade schoolwork with high honors. His dedication, intelligence, and strong work ethic have set him apart as a top student and paved the foundation for many of his other successes this year.

Athletically, Emmitt has made impressive progress. He earned his probationary black belt in Taekwondo and was promoted to Category 2 on the Venice Hurricanes Swim Team. His consistent dedication to both Taekwondo and swimming is a testament to his drive and perseverance in everything he takes on, showing incredible discipline and dedication.

In February, Emmitt celebrated another major milestone—graduating from Cub Scouts and officially becoming a Boy Scout with Troop 77 in Venice. This exciting new chapter in his Scouting journey promises opportunities for continued growth, leadership, and service to his community.

Looking ahead to the summer, Emmitt has a full schedule of enriching experiences. He’ll be performing in his first piano recital, rowing at Sarasota Crew Camp, sharpening his culinary skills at Fin’s, and camping with his fellow Scouts.

At home, Emmitt shows his caring nature by taking great pride in looking after his dog, Mathilda (Tilly-Beans). His kindness extends far beyond his family—you might even spot him running a lemonade stand near the pickleball courts, always eager to bring a little joy to others.
