For Whitney, creating Giggle & Play was a natural extension of her love for helping others. A Lafayette native, she graduated from Teurlings Catholic High School and later earned a degree from UL Lafayette, followed by a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration in St. Louis. After spending time in different cities, she realized there was no place like home and moved back to Lafayette with Nicholas to raise their two boys, Hayes (9) and Sully (1).

As a mom, Whitney quickly noticed how difficult it was for parents to fully enjoy birthday parties, weddings, and other family events when they had to keep an eye on their little ones at all times.
