Oh, hi!
The Rosselini

Oh hi, summer lovers. I have another summer sippin' favorite for you. It involves prosecco or your favorite bubbles. Prosecco and champagne seems to be the socially acceptable drink to have at almost any time of the day. Morning brunch - prosecco, late lunch - prosecco, welcome drink - prosecco, final rose ceremony - prosecco. Another summer favorite, and favorite for Italian summers - Aperol Spritz. This is a twist on Aperol Spritz but made with Aperol ice cubes instead of.You can have fun with it by adding in other spirits like vodka or gin. You can also swap out the Aperol completely and make ice cubes with Campari, Creme De Violette, Chambord, Limoncello, etc.
The one and only tricky part about this cocktail is making the ice cubes. You have to add 1/3 liquer to 2/3 water so that the alcohol will actually turn into ice. have fun with this one and get creative!
Rosellini Recipe:
Lamarca Prosecco, Aperol ice cubes, Kettle One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose (optional), lemon
2 Campari Ice Cubes
.5 - 1 oz. Kettle One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose Vodka
1 Lemon Twist
6 oz. Prosecco
Add the vodka (optional) first, two ice cubes, fill the remaining champagne glass with Prosecco, finish with a twist of lemon.
For Ice Cubes:
Get your favorite ice tray. Fill the tray with 1/3 Campari to 2/3 water. Freeze overnight.
Use any liqueur you want for the cubes. I really love Lemoncello, Nikle Gin, and some Bubbles.
