The Story Behind Gladiator
The way Jaleb came into ownership of Gladiator Fence & Outdoor is anything but ordinary and he believes was God’s plan from the start. What was seemingly a random meeting at a 7-Eleven became a life-changing moment. When then-owner Alex Geesbreght arrived at the store, his car caught Jaleb’s attention. Inspired by Alex’s noticeable success, Jaleb asked him a simple question: “What did you do to get here?”

 

That simple question opened a door to a deeper conversation sparking a mentorship that lasted nearly a year, eventually leading to the opportunity to purchase the company. In Alex’s words, “It wasn’t easy to get his time — Alex was a busy entrepreneur and owner of Prax — but God put it on my heart to stay consistent and persistent. Over the course of 10 months, we met regularly, shared meals, and built a genuine connection.” 

 

Finally, with encouragement from Alex and guidance from Patrick Towle of Elevate Design | Build, Jaleb took the leap and became the proud owner of Gladiator. “I believe God placed me here for a reason,” Jaleb reflects.
