Tell us about your beautiful dogs: Both boys are Sheepadoodles. Hennessy is 2.5 years old and Raynor is 2 years old. We got them from a breeder in Northern California, called California Sheepadoodles. We had a lab and golden retriever that had passed away earlier that year, and we were ready to get dogs again. We got Hennessey first and he was so obsessed with meeting other dogs and playing that we thought we needed to get him a buddy.

 

Is there a story behind their names? Hennessy is named after the Cognac, as Simon works for Moet Hennessy and it is one of his favorites. Raynor is named after a good friend of ours who unfortunately passed away suddenly around the time that Raynor was born.

 

Is there anything special or unusual about your dogs? Raynor is obsessed with balls and is our sportsman. Hennessey is extremely smart and uses some communication buttons to request certain things, ie; walk, outside, love etc. If you have never seen this before look up “Bunny the Sheepadoodle” online. Both are really like giant stuffed animals and cuddle bugs!

 

What do you like most about your dogs? We love how sweet and cuddly they are. Also, they are great at restaurants and love to go on road trips with us.

 

Are there any particularly funny stories about them? Hennessy loves to cuddle with his stuffed animal bear. We call it his “lovey.”  He does this all on his own and we have never staged a picture or trained him to do this. Take a look at the photo below to see and believe!
