Originally built in 1999, this beautiful home is nestled on one of the highest hills in Manhattan Beach. “That allows us to have so much privacy and beautiful views,” points out Donna. It’s also just a short walk to town with shops, restaurants, and the beach nearby.

Located near the desirable intersection of 9th and John Streets, it’s the perfect place to call home. The living spaces and kitchen are located on the top level, offering easy access to a private patio outside the dining room—perfect for al fresco dining or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a cup of coffee. The upper backyard, accessible from the kitchen, features a grassed area and a beautiful garden, making it an ideal spot for outdoor relaxation.

Donna also loves the beautiful oak plank hardwood floors that add warmth and character to the house. You can also find her in the kitchen, the hearth of the home, where she added marble kitchen countertops and a marble backsplash. It’s any chef’s dream.

Through the years, Donna has put her own personal touch on the home. She shares, “The laundry [room] is a run and fancy place with its color and cool wallpaper.”

With a decade in her gorgeous home, Donna and her family have enjoyed many happy memories. They’ve hosted countless holiday gatherings, enjoyed large family dinners, and simply savored time together. She will always cherish the time that she has spent here.
