Why did you choose to live in the Hill Section? Beautiful views, wide streets with parking, friendly people and the best neighbors. We walk everywhere - downtown MB , Gelsons, restaurants, doctors' appointments etc.
What style is the interior of your home? Open floor plan with lots of natural bright light
Which room is your favorite and why? The upstairs kitchen, and living area with the sweeping and unobstructed ocean views.
Where do you and your family spend the most time in your home? Upstairs in the living room and downstairs in the game room.
What changes, if any, have you made to the home since you bought it? New glass/wood panels on the stairs, new wide plank wood floors, glass panels on the deck, new paint inside and out, new fencing, and a water purifier
What are the most outstanding features of your home? The panoramic ocean views that include Catalina, Palos Verdes, and Point Dume. Plus, we love the Hill Section privacy and quiet location
Anything else you’d like to share about your home? The neighbors are wonderful and we all look out for each other. No crime in more than nine years!
