Born and raised in Ukraine, Victoria’s journey to entrepreneurship is one of resilience, hard work, and dedication. After moving to the United States in 1993, she made Hot Springs, Arkansas her home. Victoria graduated from Lake Hamilton High School and later earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University, setting the foundation for a promising career.

Victoria’s passion for helping others led her into the insurance industry 17 years ago, beginning as a receptionist at a local Allstate agency. From there, she worked diligently to earn her property/casualty and life/health licenses, building the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive. She quickly rose through the ranks to become a licensed agent and agency manager.

In 2023, after years of dedication and experience, Victoria proudly became the owner of her own Allstate agency. Her vision for the agency is rooted in providing personalized, reliable service to her clients, helping them protect what matters most with a tailored approach to insurance.
