For Nicki Headen, real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes—it’s about helping people navigate some of life’s biggest transitions with confidence, clarity, and the support they deserve.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in marketing and management, Nicki spent several years working in sales and marketing with Sysco Foods. The experience sharpened her communication and relationship-building skills, both of which now play an important role in her real estate career.

Family is at the center of Nicki’s life. She and her husband, Adrian, have been married for nearly 18 years and are raising two children, Amira (13) and Rylan (10). Being rooted in the community gives Nicki a deep appreciation for helping other families find the right place to call home.

Nicki was inspired to start her real estate business after recognizing how overwhelming the buying and selling process can feel. She knew the experience could—and should—be different. Her mission is to guide clients with honesty, strong advocacy, and clear communication so they feel confident every step of the way.

Nicki provides full-service real estate support for buyers and sellers, including upsizing, downsizing, estate transactions, and investment properties. She is especially passionate about helping military families, a focus shaped by her husband’s background as a veteran. Nicki also works closely with buyers who want to build and customize their own home, guiding them through the entire process from lot selection to final design choices. She recently stepped into a new role representing Sage Homes, a Gretna, Nebraska–based builder, bringing high-quality, semi-custom homes and thoughtful design options to buyers throughout the Omaha metro area and surrounding communities.

What truly sets Nicki apart is her commitment to the people she serves. She prioritizes listening, educating, and advocating for her clients so they feel supported throughout the entire process—not just until the deal closes.
