Meet Wrigley and Boston, a lovable pair of Berniedoodles who bring energy, personality, and plenty of fun to their neighborhood. Their family has lived in the community for 12 years, enjoying how it has grown over time. With so many amenities now just a golf cart ride away, it’s become an even more convenient and connected place to call home.

Wrigley (4) and Boston (3) aren’t just pets—they’re brothers and best friends. Both came from a small breeder in South Dakota, with Wrigley joining the family first as an older puppy. Before long, it was clear he needed a companion, so the family returned to bring home Boston, his brother from a different litter but the same parents. The bond between them has been strong ever since.

Their names reflect the family’s love of sports. Wrigley is named after the iconic Chicago Cubs stadium, and Boston is a nod to the Boston Celtics. Together, they’re a perfect match—just like their personalities.

The boys love playing with other dogs, though Wrigley’s excitement can sometimes be a bit much for new friends. At home, he’s especially known for his obsession with stuffed toys—so much so that their house often looks like it belongs to toddlers, with plush toys scattered everywhere.

Around town, Wrigley and Boston are big fans of the Gretna Farmers Market and always enjoy a visit to Jamie at Seven Dog Salon. They also love when the Kahm girls come over to play and puppy-sit—it’s easily one of their favorite times.

If these two could plan their dream adventure, it would be a snowy mountain getaway where they could spend all day lounging and playing in the snow.

Full of joy and affection, Wrigley and Boston are a bright spot in the neighborhood and a perfect example of how pets truly become part of the family.
