Kim was born and raised in northern New Jersey, minutes from Manhattan’s energy and ambition. She spent over a decade working for The Associated Press, one of the world’s largest news organizations, collaborating with some of the world’s most respected photographers, editors, and media brands. When she moved to Florida in 2012, she continued her role remotely, long before working from home was widely accepted. 

“It definitely wasn’t the norm back then, as it is now,” she says with a laugh. 

Her work spanned National Geographic, Vogue, Us Weekly, CBS, NBC, MTV, A&E, and major book publishers, curating and licensing imagery that shaped global storytelling. Yet, despite her success, she felt called to something more personal, something that aligned passion with purpose. 

“I always had a strong interest and love for Real Estate,” she says. “When my AP career wrapped up after 16 years, I knew it was my moment.” 

After experiencing the uplifting culture at Keller Williams, she entered the industry with intention, earning her real estate license in 2014 and quickly becoming known for her polished professionalism and relationship-focused approach. 

With a background in Advertising and Communication and a refined eye for photography, Kim understands that real estate begins with flawless presentation. 

“The first impression is everything,” she notes. “I only partner with top-tier photographers. The visual experience sets the tone for the entire listing.” 

Her listings are curated—staged, photographed, and marketed with precision to attract the most qualified buyers.

Kim’s expertise extends beyond traditional real estate. In January 2024, she expanded into New Development, joining the elite Sales Team for Reflection St. Pete, an 88-residence luxury condominium project rising in the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg. 

She also serves as Co-Chair of the Keller Williams Luxury Division in St Petersburg, where she helps guide strategy, elevate brand presence, and foster excellence within the high-end market. 

In 2025, she expanded her impact even further through philanthropy by volunteering with Heels to Heal, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to helping survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence access the healing resources they need. “It’s meaningful work,” she says, “and I’m honored to support it.” 

For Kim, communication is everything. She stays in constant contact with her clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way. Many clients become friends, and she loves being a trusted resource long after closing, connecting them with reliable contractors, local vendors and professionals. 

When she isn’t working, Kim can be found enjoying time with her husband Todd and their two Pomeranians, Roxie and Rocco. Her family is spread across the East Coast, but Florida has become their gathering point, many visit often and even consider buying someday. 

Although she works throughout Tampa Bay, the Gulf Beaches, Sarasota, and Bradenton, her heart belongs to Tierra Verde. As a former Tierra Verde resident 2013-2016, she fell in love with the island’s scenic beauty and laid-back feel. “It’s just magical,” she says. 

Her leisure moments are filled with concerts, comedy shows, hot yoga, pilates, spending quality time with friends, monthly dinner meetings with colleagues, shopping trips, and the simple joy of relaxing and unwinding on a weekend getaway.
